About the role

Based at our Hazelmere facility on a Monday to Friday roster supporting the Thiess Asset Operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Liaise with customers and suppliers 
  • Maintain registers and records of hired and owned assets.
  • Creating, processing and reconciliation of Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Processing expense claims
  • Assist with day to day functions of the workshop 

About you

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good organisation skills, able to prioritize tasks, keep a track of deadlines
  • Resilience - able to handle busy periods of work, changing priorities and constructive feedback
