About the role

As our next Production Mining Operator to proudly represent our Thiess, Iron Bridge mining operation, you will live for challenges and thrive on the variety of work available. Like all of us at Thiess, you’re a passionate and energetic person, that appreciates responsibility, recognition and reward.  

We are currently seeking expression of interest in the following positions:

• Face Shovel – CAT 6060
• Excavator – Hitachi 3600
• Dozer – CAT D10
• Grader – CAT 16M, 18M, 24M
• Ancillary – CAT988, Excavator up to 75t + Rock breaker attachment
• Dump Trucks – CAT 785 (minimum), CAT 793 & Liebherr T264 – 2 years minimum

Rosters 2/2 (7D7N14RR)

About you

• At least 3- 5 years mining experience as mining production operator
• Ability to follow instructions from mining supervisor
• Proven compliance to health and safety at all times

• Productive operator who shows up to work as a committed team member

• HR drivers licence (desirable)
